Bought some last week - was caught in the last 10 days in Lake Manitoba - was fantastic - the guy there is awesome but he only takes cash.

Best price in town - I said I wanted $30 worth and got about 10-12 fillets. He sells fresh garlic cubes as well. I just cooked with olive oil/butter and a garlic cube.

I just picked up 5 fillets today ($16.50). They are individually frozen. 10 minutes in cold water and they were good to go. They quality is fantastic and the man the runs the store is very pleasant and talkative. Support local business!

I got frozen fillets and cheeks from Brew'd at corner of 13 and Park. Minimum order 5 lbs. You will have to phone to get the price and put on the list. The cheeks are $11.00/lb (1 lb pkgs). Very big fillets and very good tasting. Pretty much the same price as going to Gimli directly.
