What's the pizza like from this place?

I don't mind it at all.

My daughter thinks they add cinnamon to their sauce. She says it leaves a bit of an after taste. But she likes the pizza otherwise.

Wood fired pizza is always going to be thin and cooked a very high temperature. Having it fresh is always going to be better than delivery.  
 
Best thing to do is stop by, ask for a recommendation, and eat it fresh.

Fresh toppings . Love it !

I like that the crust is thin but I find it undercooked. It is too soft. I prefer crispy thin crust.

got a pizza from Hotline over the weekend...best in Brandon...will order again soon...no turkey..pizza was our second choice...got stuck in Wpg for Christmas...made it home just in time before all that snow came...thanks Hotline..

Their spinach dip is so good. I've had their pizza twice. The first time was great but we just ordered pepperoni. We tried again a week ago or so. 2 of the pizzas I could not eat and wouldn't allow the kids yo eat. There was something incredibly spicey on them. Gave me a sore stomach hot. And I can handle reasonably spicey food. So id ask before ordering if you don't like spicey food.

When we ordered it, the wife and I thought all we could taste was allspice.

The cinnamon taste can be overpowering I'd like to try it and ask for that to be taken out. Otherwise the taste is good!!

Are we talking about Fired Pizzaria here in town or Woodfire Deli in Souris? I haven't been to Fired yet but I've absolutely enjoyed everything I've had at Woodfire in Souris.. it's not the kind of restaurant I could see in Souris but more in a city larger than Brandon. The food's great, fresh, the pizza has a nice crunch to it and great toppings, and their paninis are great with their fresh baked bread. They also have Manitoba-made beers in stock. I'm hoping to check out Fired sometime in next few weeks, Jamie was always a great manager when he was running the Dock.

Fired in Brandon is my favourite pizza right now! It's thin crust, but not too thin, and has way more flavour compared to those chain places that taste like cardboard. I have enjoyed every kind they make, the prices are quite reasonable, and every time I go in or call I have had exceptional customer service. They go out of their way to ensure you have the best experience and it shows. You can tell how much the staff there loves doing what they do and it keeps me going back.

We ordered the Maple Leaf. The price was reasonable, the taste was pretty good, but the crust was not crisp - almost like it needed to be in the oven longer. It was OK, but we're not jumping up and down. Would like to try the one in Souris.
