I have been ordering food from Pizza Express for over 20 years - I'm a big fan of their subs and parcels especially. I have very rarely had a problem with the food or service in all those years, but last night I did.  
 
I called and spoke to the staff, and I got kind of snarky to be truthful (I was hungry - I get grouchy. haha).  
 
But Tony (new generation owner I assume), made every effort to make it right, and he did. New food was delivered, and everyone at our end came away very happy.  
 
I always complain online about bad service, but I don't often say anything online when I get good service. so...  
 
Pizza Express gave me great service, and I wanted to say thanks!

I'd give anything to have a pizza made by the previous owners. Some of the best pizza I've ever had but it's been almost 20 years now.

I've ordered from them for years. Anytime I ever had an issue they did absolutely everything to correct it. I would be one to say they are by far one of the best places to order food in Brandon. Keep up the good work!

I had the opportunity to work there for a bit a couple of years ago, and I can honestly say that after working in their kitchen and for the owners, that place is top notch!! Their number on goal is customer satisfaction, at whatever cost. Their kitchen is always kept super clean and their staff is superior as far as skills and ambition. A real Brandon Jewel for sure!

Yes Gus and Tony and the rest of the family really know how to run a business and treat their customers well. Our family is very much regulars, eat in or delivery. Its very odd that your order is not near perfect. I've had a few that weren't great, I could probably count them all on one hand however. But they've never been so bad I felt the need to complain. Richard was my favorite cook he was there for YEARS before taking over Marino's Pizza. Luckily they are both within a block so makes stopping in at either place easy.

My family are BIG fans of Pizza Express...especially their sub's (Beef & Buttons and the Meat Lovers!) every time we order from there those are what we get! LOL! We have been ordering from there for almost 10 years now and have only had 1 messed up order. The staff made every effort to correct the issue and we were way more than happy with the service witch is why we still order from there! I would gladly tell my friends and famiky to eat/order from there!

We usually go once a week. Just at there tonight actually. Out of all the restaurants in Brandon, we can honestly say we have never had a bad meal or bad experience. Always too notch service and food. And very reasonably priced compared to other restaurants. They follow simple tasty recipes that will keep you coming back.
