Chicken chef in Virden.
They do their fish from scratch, it's hand battered and done to perfection. The batter is light, never greasy. Best fish and chips I've had! Go one step further and step the fries up to a poutine. It's heaven right there on your plate.
The only downside is that everyone else seems to like the fish too and sometimes they're sold out.
