I was just at Velvet Dip and Telus is doing a meet and treat!! Got a free medium soft serve!!! Go check it out!!

Icecream is not worth it for me to get mixed up with telus again. What I mean is, having being told/forced to moved to telus and the battle to took to get away from them.  
 
Besides, it's only icecream.

I have to say WOW to the Velvet Dip and staff i pulled up last night in the midst of a 50 person line up, to get some velvet dip and YES it is worth the wait. Sorry back to story there was a man missing a leg and arm trying to get back to his car with his velvet dip ice-cream  
and there was Alyshia a staff member helping him even though there was a line up of people 50 deep. That is so far beyond any customer service i have ever seen. Way to go Alyshia sorry about the name drop but really you are amazing!!!

Nice when people give out shout outs like this for when the get (or in this case see) awesome service. Been in the retail biz for many years, and it is generally a thankless job. People are quick with a complaint, but less quick with thanks. Therefore, when I see the thanks, I think it is awesome.
