Help Me Out Brandon - What Colour Is My Wedding Dress

I had to order my wedding dress online due to COVID, received it to see it looks like this ... the underlay is white, my mattress is white, but what colour is my actual dress? The ordering company has fought me through and through to refuse refund after openly admitting the dress needs to be dyed at some point in the process, which obviously was not done right. So maybe this post will help my case. What colour does my "white" wedding dress look to you?

That looks purple to me, like a lilac. I would call customer service back and demand talk to a supervisor or manager. Or try their Facebook page.

it's the lace. I have seen that before. If it looks beautiful on you, then go for it the way it is. Otherwise, dye it a brighter white (it does look white but not a bright white). My only suggestion right now.

It definitely looks lilac. As you bought it online you probably paid by credit card. You can file a claim with credit card company that you didn't get what you paid for and they will reverse charges. Still a process but at least you get your money back.

While the colour is gorgeous, there is no doubt in my mind that the overlay to the dress is very much a lilac colour, and not white or even off white. I wouldn't be pleased to find out my white wedding dress was shipped purple either!

Definitely not White. Lilac or light Lavender. However your matress does not look white neither. The inside light can change the color. If you want to know and show us the real color take a picture in natural light not inside room with lights on.

there is a used wedding dress room in the thrift store by Superstore. They're open and have a hundred different styles and colours etc. its on the second floor but I can't remember the stores name

That is definitely not any shade of white. It is purple hands down.

Your mattress is cream the under part is bright white. Dress NOT white at all.

It looks like a lilac color to me.
