Needed a commissioner on short notice

Any recommendations? Wanting to marry at 11:00 - 11:30 a.m. October 19th. Haven’t heard back from the person we were going to hire. My grandparents were married on that day 90 years ago. Quite important to me. Please msg if you are able to help. BTW, I am not sure how to check PMs! Not a religious ceremony. Just a simple “ I do, I do too “ TIA!

Get a friend to do it. Go online and they can get a certificate or whatever.
