Looking to hire people for a one time casual job.

I am getting married in October and looking to hire a few people to assist the caterer in a few things such as prep, serving food in a buffet line and clearing dishes from tables.
Does anyone know where I could go to find people looking to work a casual job? I need a few dependable people that are guaranteed to show up.
