Destination Weddings

Hi all, I am in the process on picking a destination wedding resort for our wedding in March 2017 (spring break). Cuba, Dominican, Mexico, Jamaica are all options, I would like our guests to pay as minimal as possible, ideally under $1500. Currently we are looking at SANDOS CARACOL ECO RESORT in Riviera Maya, Mexico, and GRAND BAHIA PRINCIPE TULUM which is also in Riviera Mexico. Has anyone attended or hosted a wedding at either of these resorts? Or in general have any wedding destination do's and don'ts? Any requests on resorts? Anything is helpful! Thanks so much!

Travelling over spring my break tends to be pricier than other times of the year. You may find it difficult to find a week all inclusive for under $1500. Have you spoke with a travel agent? Might be a good start, cheers!

There was an article in brandon sun today about a woman who got sick in Cuba..... You should read it before you decide

easier for my family, having 4 teachers makes it tricky. Spring Break is best for everyone

Sandos eco resort

Beutiful place but unlike other resorts they do not spray for bugs. They have lots of animals we seen monkeys, deer, racoon and some other animal looks like a racoon but eats ants.

We got married there! Loved it check each place they each have their own regulations to get married. Think me Mexico u need blood work to get married there jamacia I don't think u need anything Dominican we needed all of our passports birth certificate and can't remember what else all translated into Spanish before hand then marriage certificate translated into English. It was about $600 for all that
