If you don''t have to have the venue in Brandon, then I would suggest checking community halls in some of the small towns near Brandon...Souris, Rivers, Minnedosa, Carberry...all are within about a half hour or less and may have a hall that would accommodate your numbers and allow you to provide your own food.
