Roku stick

Anyone else have a Roku stick that cannot stream Netflix all of a sudden. It was working fine, now sits at 0 or 25 percent loading. Some shows will play but not the good ones.
I have unplugged everything, factory reset the Roku, deleted Netflix and reinstalled. Checked my internet connection, checked my speeds, called Netflix- we redid it all and still no change. We ended up changing the settings to medium quality (instead of HD) and he told me to wait for 8 hours for it to switch. It’s been way past 8 hours any no go. I emailed Roku, they told me to do everything I have already done and still nothing.
I can watch Disney and my Netflix will work on my phone or in the bedroom on a smart TV. I am at a loss on what to do now. I have 2 sticks (both same issue) and they aren’t very old. Is it just me? Or are others having the same issue
