I’m just confused.  
I went to the 2:25pm showing of The Eras tour at Landmark cinemas.  
We were a little confused bc the previews were more for adults than kids. Then it began playing a movie about AI.  
Finally someone figured it out but then we made the next movie goers 30 min late because of the screwup.  
Shouldn’t the theatre explained or apologized for this?  
What’s proper protocol here? People were mad waiting bc it took into their show start time.

In the past when this has happened, they gave free tickets out I believe? Or maybe 50% off ones.

I'm sure anyone that complained about losing their precious half hour got refunded. I'm not sure what response you see fitting here, a public apology to the entire city of Brandon? This might be one of those times where we just chill out and realize it's not all that important.

I’m assuming if people had to wait, it was probably explained to the people waiting and if they’d be entitled to any compensation they’d probably be informed of that, too. However, I don’t actually know their protocol and maybe if they were busy or didn’t have a lot of staff around, it was more of a situation where if anyone had any issues with what happened, they’d figure they would probably just contact the staff themselves and get help that way.  
 
How was the experience otherwise? Were there people singing and dancing for the concert movie, or was it calm/quiet like for any other movie? I’m going this weekend and just trying to get a feel for what to expect :-)
