Is there a need for a bigger/larger events centre/hall in Brandon? I'm thinking about it as a business opportunity. Please I need your candid thoughts. Thanks!

It’s highly doubtful as there are a lot of options in brandon for hall/room rentals. This does not mean that all of these venues are good business but there are a lot of options in all areas of the city. Between community centres, hotels and the key stone Center it’s covered. T birds also has private rooms.

A gym court type facility to rent would be great. Lots of sports could use. Getting gym time here is pretty hard. Possibly then could be used for other things.

For concerts, if anything we need a slightly smaller venue for Band concerts and musicals. The WMCA isn't cheap to rent for the schools. And no, having concerts in the gyms is not a solution especially at Crocus Plains Highschool. Only a couple of churches can hold 30 comfortably on stage without getting too crowded let alone having it too hot (biggest problem with the United Church for example).  
 
Its not cheap to build anything in Brandon!
