Anyone else ever go to a concert or event only to find that someone had the EXACT same ticket as you through Ticketmaster? I ended up sitting by myself and missing part of the show. Not only that, but after calling them and explaining this, the girl says that the tickets on my card were "used" and so they can't be refunded or anything. I asked her how she knew that and she said because they were scanned at the show. I explained to her that they weren't scanning them and she basically called me a liar on top of it. Of course they were used, I'm sure one of the two people you sent them to attended the show. These guys are in serious need of some competition. Anyone else have a similar story?
