Fantasy Date with Actor/Actress

I couldn't help but notice this thread from 2005.
Although celebs assume a "role" for a movie/sitcom that we in turn fall in love with, we seem to have an illusion of what it would be like to have a fantasy date with this person - although we have no idea what their real personality is.
But for the sake of this thread, let's assume we have an idea of who they really are. Who would be your fantasy date and why?
