At the end of the trailer you see a blanket on the ground before the blood/brains. Darryl had a blanket on. I at first thought Abe as well as if it was Glenn or Maggie you would definitely hear crying. I am thinking Negan pulled Darryl closer in front of Rick when he killed him. I guess we will all find out Sunday!

How close did the series follow the comic books? Just watched the season premiere tonight, and I don't follow the comic books.

In the comics Abraham took the arrow to the eye and died in that manner and in the comics only Glenn got "Lucilled". (Issue 100)

Read the comic books!! They are great and fairly different. You can find them online with a quick Google search.
