We have recently purchased a new vehicle and have to give away our old car. We would like to donate the car to either a school that teaches autobody or an organization that deals with at risk teens. The Vehicle is a 2001 sunfire and is in excellent mechanical condition - new exhaust and breaks within the last 18 months. The body of the vehicle, however, is a different story - lots of rust from the salt put on the highways and a few dents. The vehicle was driven on a daily basis until last Friday when we transferred the plates to out new vehicle. No need for a tow truck as the vehicle can be driven to its destination with an MPI permit. There is an outdated safety from mainline motors. You could always contact Crocus Plains High School with your inquiry. It’s been 11 years since I graduated but I am pretty sure they had an auto body and power mechanics vocational course available there.
