on dec 28 2020 at about 930 am there was a 2004-2008 olive green chevy optra who hit my stationary car on lorne ave right off 1st street. anyone who can identify this car will be rewarded 50$. it was a female driver with a dog in the front. i have posted a picture of the car with my home security camera but was unable to make out the plate due to it being snow covered. cops wont do anything due to the fact they dont have a plate so im hoping someone can identify the vehicle to get some peace of mind.
