Just wondering if any body else notices that cars stopped along a street in the middle of the block or any where on the block with no parking on the street as the street is two lanes south and two lanes north. The people driving just stop in one of the lanes and put on the four way flashers and sit there. I have actually stopped once as the car in front of me stopped and put on its four ways and I asked the driver if the car quit or if they needed help. Their reply was no just waiting. See it happening more and more people don't seem to want to drive down the block and turn around and park on the side of the street that has parking they just stop in the lane that has no parking and sit and wait. And don't get started on car parked on crosswalks in shopping center parking lots when the lot has a lot of space to park in the parking lots
