I am looking for first hand reviews of the Chevrolet Spark from any owners in Brandon and Westmam Area. I have already read a ton of reviews online and reviews on dealerships.......  
 
1. I want to know what your honest opinions are of the car?  
2. What you like/dislike?  
3. Any maintenance issues you have have noticed? One of the online reviews I read mentioned signs of early rust, what have you experienced?  
4. What is your honest opinion on how it handles our cold winter climate, any issues with not starting in the winter and how it holds up on our snowy and icy roads.  
5. Anything else you feel is important to take note of.

But I know a guy that drives a Spark to work every day , summer and winter, all gravel roads probably 80km round trip and it spends it’s entire life outside. It seems to handle it ok and he likes it.

I've got a 2014 spark and I honestly love it even though we are considering selling as family is expanding and I'm not too sure a car seat would fit well. That being said, my husband and I are tall and find it quite roomy otherwise. Its very very fuel efficient, highway driving is super cheap. I've moved a handful of times and you can pack a surprising amount of things into it.  
 
So far there have been no maintenance issues so I've been pleased with it in that regard.  
 
The online reviews on rust on one hand, I have had no issues at all however, I did receive the extra protective sprays when I bought my car so that could be the difference.  
 
The winter climate, it drives a little louder/rougher when it's super crazy cold but I think that's pretty normal. Plugged in has never been a problem and with winter tires on it surprisingly plows through snow pretty much no problem. Keep in mind that's just regular roads and stuff, it's very light. But I highly recommend winter tires for sure, makes a dramatic difference for this car for sure.  
 
The other bonus of course is how easy it makes it to find your vehicle in the parking lot, any other questions feel free to ask!

Great on gas and get you in and out of traffic.  
Even thought it’s a small car took forever to warm up.  
No shocks, if you hit a pot hole you felt like you gonna puke  
Hopefully your not tall cause it’s cramped.

We do not have any real issues with these cars. If you get the turbo version make sure you cover the intercooler in extreme cold. I'm 6 foot 4 and 240 lbs and I can fit in one comfortably. Not a fan of the cvt transmission but that's just a personal thing. No real problems though. If you like the vehicle and it suits your needs go for it.
