Needing a witness

I hope someone saw the accident that occurred Friday night March 5 7:00 pm. A black suv was leaving giant tiger/McDonald’s parking lot onto Victoria and a white taxi rear-ended the black suv. Please if anyone can help witness this, it would be hugely appreciated
