Firstly Honda didn’t Make a rincon 600. It’s either 650 or a 680.
Assuming you have fresh clean gas in it. Before storage always add some sea foam to the fuel and run the motor for a while to prevent future problems.
If it’s injection your fuel pump is likely at fault, that’s a common problem and likely clean out the fuel tank as well.
If it’s carbed then probably the carburetor needs to be dismantled carefully and cleaned, fuel lines replaced and clean the fuel tank thoroughly. Check the petcock works properly and is clean.
Also check that you have a good strong spark.
Looked after properly they are a great bike. We have one with 40,000 Kms. For work purposes they could use more gear ratios and a slower low gear though.
