Auto Mechanics:frozen nuts...

Now that I have your attention,I am looking for suggestions on how to deal with seized fittings(FROZEN NUTS)on brake lines.I have tried penetrating fluid,various wrenches including line wrenches,heating with a propane torch,etc.
I have several fittings to be loosened to replace wheel cylinders & brake hoses.
