I'm just wondering if people know of a good mechanic/shop to take vehicles to (good pricing/excellent work on cars...and can answer any questions/concerns).  
 
I have a small issue with my vehicle, and it tends to only occur in the winter time. My power steering seems to drop very low so I fill it up every now and then, but the steering wheel always stiffens up and it gets hard to manuever, (makes a horrid noise too) especially out of a parking space. (Trust me, it's so embarrassing when people flip you the bird, not knowing your car's steering can barely move). Does anybody have any ideas on what could be the issue? Or of any place that I can take it to? I've taken my car to CDN Tire before...but if there's a place that can do the same job, but a little cheaper I would love to know! Thanks !
