2008 vehicle dependability study from JD power

Interesting study that had 52000 people in the U.S rate their 3 year old vehicles, the results are shown by brand, and then near the bottom, by the top 3 vehicles in each segment.
As an interesting note, Hyundai won in the sub compact car. Also, how does Mercury rate higher than Ford when they are basically the same vehicles?
