when it started to get cold we bought an in-car warmer cause i was tired of scrapping windows and freezing my but off!  
 
it worked well for the first bit, when ever it snowed our car was the only one with no snow on it!!! then i started to notice snow was building up on the windows and the roof, so i went out to the car and stuck my hand on front of the heater. only one side of it is blowing hot air, the other side was blowing cold.  
 
I'm wondering what would cause this to happen, and where can i get it fixed? i can't find the receipt in the box of receipts, either way CT doesn't have anymore(i checked today). is there a store/shop in town that fixes small electrical things like this?
