anyways a Us state wants to tax its people by miles/km driven over and above or part of its gas tax. Gps installed by what ever way (force like Autopacs mobilizer?) or what ever method but it seems they are worried that once gas is no longer around they will need a new source of coin.
No matter- there is some merit if they lived on a island otherwise its tough to figure out how it will work!! Some car insurance companies are talking about charging per km driven- thoughts??
