Ya gotta love California. Just not banning cell phones but also text messaging while driving! I figured who -( ok I am old) can do that anyways until I saw it done.
The California Highway Patrol says they will not only ding you while you drive while trying to text or type on your lap top/cell phone but also while you are at stoplights or stop signs.
I guess they figure pick one-drive or talk/type or text. I am sure Manitoba new law to come did not cover that!!
