My vehicle was hit today

Ok I have 2 related topics to bring up.
1) If anyone has seen a white vehicle hit the drivers side of an orange car parked across from the hospital between 6-7p today, please message me.
I really have to add my disgust for this driver that felt no need to leave any information. Accidents happen, I realize that. That is what insurance is for. I'm just upset that this person would not own up to their mistake.
2) Where do you bring your vehicles in for repair, who does a GREAT job with paint?
I have previously brought my car in when it was vandalized and needed some new paint. Without mentioning where I brought it, I was very unhappy with the job. Though the customer service itself was great, it took 2 tries to match the paint and it still is off. So I would love to hear any suggestions about who does a great job with paint in town.
