would u bring ur washing machine to a camera store for repair???

why do ppl bring their fords to honda, chevys to nissan, dodges to toyota, and so on and vise versa. the tech doesnt want to see other makes coming in for repairs, these dealer shops only have repair manuals at hand for their make. i see it everyday and i honestly think that person is ridiculous for doing so. take ur car to canadian tire or wal mart if u have something against your vehicle specific repair shop...would u take your washing machine to a camera store for repair???
