Taxes collected upon purchase?

I'm curious to know what taxes are collected upon purchase of a used vehicle by MPI. Do they only collect PST, or are there other taxes they collect? My guess is its only PST, as tire tax, gas guzzler tax etc. is collected when a vehicle is bought new.
