A recent article I read somewhere had area residents putting a threat on a poster and putting it up all over town . Something like speed here and you car/truck will be plastered with paint ball marks!  
 
I sometimes think that instead of a horn on my car it should be a launching pad for many devices. One would be as rubber dart with a note. Then the thoughts get more evil!  
 
Even when I bike and some clown almost kills me - mmm where is my sling shot??  
 
My question is - a Payback like a slingshot or paintball mark or boot to the door if someone did that- is it Payback or teaching or revenge or simply a mean reminder when its aimed at someone who did it with intention??  
 
I am saying when it was not a accident but they did it knowingly!!
