Just wondering if anyone else has had any response from Autopac re 1200 or so hail-damage claims in Brandon & area.  
After a 2 week wait for an appointment,I have had zero response from anyone this week about my vehicle.  
My problem is that I had plans to sell my vehicle anyway,have bought & registered another one,but can't even get a reply to a phone call or letter to the adjuster.  
I asked only for information due to my situation,but no such luck.  
MPIC states that extra staff & longer hours have been implemented,but people are lined up,voice-mail messages are full,  
& customer service is non-existent.  
Perhaps they should hire a consultant or set-up a wait-list co-ordination department!  
Anyone else ready to make some picket signs?  
It is definitely time for some competition,but this is Manitoba!
