People in a hurry and think they are more important

Does anyone else have a gripe about the people who fly past you on the right hand side and then cut into left lane right in front of you to go over the overpass. They drive me crazy! I wish the police would use unmarked cars and drive up and down 18th street all day and see how many crazy drivers they can fine!!
