I realize this has been brought up before but, why do people feel the need to drive with thier fog lights on when there is no fog? Some of these lights seem brighter than the head lights on the vehicle. They are very annoying, and are becoming more plentiful. In some countries, the use of them is resticted. Only when visibility is less than 50 Meters can they be used. Otherwise a fine would be given. I know the Govt. gets into too much of our business now but, I think the message should get out there.
