I know it's a story told over and over again but my god did I get SMOKED at a local dealership...dropped off my vehicle and told them to "CALL ME" before they fixed anything...so they called me and told me that after going over it all it needed was a tune up...which was almost 1500 bucks, but I said fine...if that will do it then get it done....the next day they call me and say that it needs Ball Joints, etc etc...total cost 4600 dollars....so I say "UH...what happend to the 1300 dollar tune up?" they say we had the mechanic go over it and this is what they came up with afterwards...So I said "I guess I have to fix it but I get that stuff done for about half the price at my regular garage..." they say "That's fine then, your total is 1308.70 and we are pulling your vehicle off the road as unsafe....
