how to transport from Ontario

It's kind of a long story....but I currently own a travel trailer and an SUV which are in Ontario. They are both about ten years old: the SUV is not in great shape, the travel trailer is in pretty good shape and hasn't been used much. Neither currently has plates or insurance.
Does anyone have any ideas as to how I could get one or both of them back here to Manitoba, so that I can sell the trailer and trade in the SUV?
