snow on cars.

hi while i was driving around the city today i noticed that most cars were snow free or had the snow cleared from the windows,don't forget to clear the snow away from the headlamps.with the headlamp and bumper angles of some of the cars nowadays,snow sits there and with the lower speeds in the city won't blow off.alot of the cars have the blinker lights set in with the headlamps also.others won't see your turn signals when covered with snow. not sure what the fine is if the cops want to give a ticket but iam sure ther is on. probably over $100.is a safety issue.
