I got rear ended a couple of weeks ago $6300 damage. The place we are getting our car fixed at left a message on my answering machine today letting me know whats going on with the car (which I appreciate). Anyways she said that they were unable to get some parts from the Autowrecker so they needed to order parts from Hyundai (kinda car we have) and they still haven't come in.  
My Question is Does all collision repair centers get parts from Autowreckers? It kinda upsets me b/c my car is only a year old and they were wanting to put used parts on my car. I think if it's a newer car and you pay all this insurance (in my case $170/month) then you should get some new parts rather then used. Also can you tell the collision repair center that you don't want used parts put on your car?
