Imagine my sadness when I drove up to Woodys Wash yesterday in order to clean my car and found that it appears to have been closed down. I have been going there since the purchase of my first car many years ago. My question though, is does Brandon have anything else similar in town? Especially for the price. I feel like I never paid more than $3. And I really just don't want to do the drive through.

That place hasn't been operating for quite some time.  
 
Co-op on 6th seems to be the brightest, cleanest, best bang for the buck for me.

It closed down like 2 or 3 years ago. Openned up again randomly for a few weeks may a year after it shut down originally and then again.

If you mean the wand wash or not - but the one on Park (Glacier??) is wand and brush and the whole works - they even provide chamois for drying. We've been going there for years.  
 
I never touch the drive through ones myself, they seem to just wreck your paint job.

Co op on 6th somehow seems cheaper, I don't know if they run a tad longer per loonie or what, but it always works out cheaper. But I like glacier wash because I can use my credit card and not have to pop loonies in constantly. So depending on wether or not I have loonies I want to use up or not decides where I go.

I go to glacier wash because I can swipe my credit card and it charged by $.25. I have washed my vehicle for $1.50 in the past when going fast enough. It's nice to not have to worry about having coins, they also provide chamois.

I find glacier to be very expensive....at least a lot more than it used to be. I find you barely get going and the time runs out. Like the place other than that though.

I like giant car and truck wash. You get a time card there so you don't have to worry about loonies or forgetting to hit stop when you use your credit card at Glacier.

I go to Wash and Wrench by Rosser East. Hand wash and pretty decent pricing. They provide chamois and compressed air for drying your floor mats etc. (just a note to bring your own chamois cause I find theirs are overused and dirty).  
So what is pricing like at Glacier?

I second the giant car wash! I've never spent more than $7 on a wash, and I have to take my time and wash out wheel wells and all.. Thanks to all the gravel we drive.  

I've tried glacier and Coop is DEFINITELY the best value as it seems like the Lonnie lasts WAY longer than the other car washes!! Can wash car well for $3.00

I noticed this too, but when using a credit card it seems to last longer.

we love the co-op on 6th! the water is always hot. i just vacuumed and washed my vehicle there for 6 or 7 dollars

Both Coop car wash's have had a piles of issues, from stuff not working, or not cleaning the soap off, to not drying, just a waste of money, Giant is good but unless you chamois the water leaves spots. The best bang for your buck is Glacier, use a CC, it add's up by the quarter, which is gonna last alot longer then by the loonie, trust me Ive tried! And with great washing pressure, and a spot free rinse, I can completely wash my pickup including wheel wells and inside the box for around $10. In my opinion thats just perfect!! Best place in Brandon by far!
