Looking at buying a sorento and seeking input from current owners on the likes/dislikes on it. Thanks.

one of our best purchases, lots of power for towing, awd is great on our wonderful gravel roads, and some nice features that we actually use. Top it all off had excellent sales person and the service we get is great. Straight forward and explain things to you without getting technical.

have 2006 sorento limited and we love it. Great in winter and love the 4x4 rather than the all wheel drive. Find fuel mileage very good for an SUV. No problems so far, just replaced timing belt and water pump as general maintenance. kind of pricey to do but mileage called for it.

We now have two Sorentos both my wife and I have nothing but good to say about these vehicles. They are a pleasure to drive and what little service we have needed we have been treated with respect and promptness during the oil changes we have had completed.

I bought a Hyundai a few years ago and never took the time to look at what Kia had to offer and wish I had!  
I have since been looking at Kia for when the time is right to switch vehicles.  
Heidi at Planet Kia has been a great help to me and I know when the time is right she will find me the perfect vehicle!

I bought a kia borrego 2010 and love it, test drove a 2015 sorento , as well as the 2016 , there is no comparison between the 2 , the 2016 is definitely a gem , a bit bigger than the 15 and a pleasure to drive, you won't be disappointed !

I have a 2011 Kia Sorento with just over 112,000 kms on it. I have not had any problems with it at all. The service at Planet Kia in Brandon is very good and they are always very helpful with setting appointments for oil changes, etc. I was given a 2015 for a courtesy car last time and it was very nice. I will definitely upgrade to another Kia in the next year or two. Check out the vehicle sales ads in the newspapers and you don't see used Kias for sale - people love them and keep them!

We just bought this a about a month ago and the more we drive it the more we like it. nice smooth ride quiet interior even on our gravel roads the v6 has very good acceleration but still gets pretty good mileage. we went into Winnipeg a couple weeks age and got about 32 mpg with city and highway combined and that's driving at 110 on the highways. The rear-view camera is nice to have as is the blue tooth sync features. The Kia's seem to have a lot of standard features which are considered options on some other makes. As for a Kia over a Hyundai they both use the same motors so other then the price of a Hyundai seems to be a little higher I think they should hopefully be good vehicles. The people at Planet Kia in Brandon are very good to deal with compared to other dealer ships in town when we were looking for a new vehicle planet Kia offered to install the navigation system fitted floor mats and command start where as the other dealership we were dealing with wouldn't even install a set of mud flaps they would install 2 and we had to buy the other 2 so that was the deciding factor that made us go with the Kia as both vehicles were priced competitively.

I used to have the Sorrento before I downsized to a sportage. I loved that car but it was too big for my lifestyle. I found for the size that it was, it was exceptional on gas. The safety features were amazing (air bags, engine drop system, etc). But again, size wise i couldnt rationalize having a full size SUV. So i shrunk down to the Sportage (Which I love by the way).  
 
The sales guy I used at Kia was Kyle. Hes pretty awesome and i reccomend him to all my friends. Hes professional, really knowledgable and he isnt pushy at all. He made me feel really comfortable when car shopping.  
 
I hope you like the car choice you make. The only car i will ever own now is a Kia.

Bought a 2012 Sorrento. Great vehicle! Already looked at a 2016. Next purchase for sure!
