I have an older bonair camper trailer that was in good condition but we took it to get fixed and it is now more broken so we are trying to fix it ourselves. Does anyone know how to fix camper cables and put them onto the pulley or when we could take it to get fixed?

My suggestion is to take it to a trailer dealership where they sell and repair the trailers. It may be expensive , but at least they know what they are doing.

First and foremost Im sorry to hear about the troubles you are having with your camper.  
Did you complain to the place who "fixed" your camper but made it worse? If so what did they say?  
Secondly I would suggest taking it to a Jim Hillis RV on Hwy 270.
