Looking for tire shops in Brandon with a Hunter Roadforce gsp9700. I have excessive road force in two of my tires after one shop spent a couple hours trying to balance them. Not that I think they did a poor job, I just want to get a second opinion and have another shop try to balance them. I paid $3000 for new tires and rims and would like them to ride smooth.

What brand and size of tires?

What brand of tire? I am guessing not Toyo as they're sold out in Canada for a reason.

I have 22" dub wheels and 305/45r22 hankook dynapro atm's. Two balanced out fine, and two have excessive road force of about 35-40lb's which makes my truck vibrate up and down.

My guess is that they should balance the rim first then the the rim with the tire on on.  
 
 
But since they are large enough I would suggest just throwing a dozen golf balls in there to dynamically balance them. Or you can just use the silica packs they use for semi tires.

Know that the Honda dealership and denray tire have roadforce balancers.

Road force balance is different than a normal balance. Golf balls arent going to help. Especially because my tires are P metric and are not a heavy all terrain or mud tire. Also beads/golf balls are only recommended as a last resort for balancing larger non low profile tires.  
 
My tires are balanced great I don't have shaking side to side, I have excessive road force causing a hopping type vibration. Den Ray was the first place to do it and the guys there are great. I went to Honda for second opinion and they told me that Den ray probably did all they could do and most likely it's due to my tire. I will see if I can warranty them.
