    All of them were there , i saw a car being towed .. about 7-8 pm monday

    I'm still confused of the dates of the original post. 1st August/03/15?  
     
    Am I nuts or the only one catching this? What does this date mean?  
     
    Accident reports must be timely and dated correctly if anyone is to maybe help if they had seen this unfortunate accident.
