Wondering if anyone has any experience doing this, Ive got a 2012 powerstroke im looking to do a dpf delete on

Tuners vary, spartan has had the best success with no watermark as far as I know.  
 
Warranty depends on each individual dealer  
 
Although it is technically illegal to obstruct or dismantle pollution controls on trucks, there is almost a total lack of enforcement across Canada so you will likely never get in trouble. Just keep in mind no dealership is going to look the other way with these trucks when it comes to warranty. It is also a good way for them to turn away a warranty claim so just make sure everything is good if you have to take in.

As of right now emission deletion on vehicles over 10000gvw is legal as of sept 2015 it will fail a safety if any emissions system is removed or tampered with.

Please link where you read this bit of information please about the Sep 2015 law on dpf delete.

for light vehicle the requirement for emmision control equipment to be intact has been in palce for a long time1- see Exhaust System, Emission Equipment and Catalytic Converter  
With the engine running, visually and audibly inspect:  
(a) manifolds  
(b) mufflers  
(c) resonators (where fitted)  
(d) tail pipes  
(e) exhaust pipes  
(f) mounting hardware  
(g) exhaust cut-out  
(h) heat shield (applicable vehicles)  
(i) tail pipe termination  
(j) catalytic converter – (Applies to motor vehicles manufactured on or after January 1,1995)  
(k) emission control equipment – (Applies to motor vehicles manufactured on or after January 1,1995)  
(a) leaking  
(b) leaking, missing, patch not welded  
(c) leaking, missing, patch not welded  
(d) leaking, missing, patch not welded  
(e) leaking, missing, patch not welded  
(f) missing, loose  
(g) exhaust cut-out is installed  
(h) insecure, missing  
(i) the installation does not expel the exhaust fumes beyond outside perimeter of the vehicle  
trucks – tail pipe does not extend beyond passenger compartment  
(j) missing, or replaced with a non-catalytic muffler  
(k) any

emmission equipment missing

I love how they think there saving the world. but they look the other way when they realize that now your truck is burning more fuel. now they have plants like Koch fertilizer (nothing against Koch) making liquid fertilizer for def (diesel exhaust fluid) and now we need another trucking company to be on the hiway delivering def. so tell me how we are saving the planet with two big plants creating diesel fuel and def and need 2 different trucking company's one haul fuel and one hauling def to card locks. too fill up to see how much more fuel my truck burns going down hi way. I'd love to meet that guy who figures that it's saving the planet

It's not to "save the planet". DPF and DEF reduce local carcinogens and smog forming emissions.
