Tail light LED Driver Replacement

I have a set of LED tail lights and the driver side light's led blinkers stopped working. I tried replacing the load resistor and there was no change. I took it to a guy that works on electronics and he said that it needs a new LED driver but was unable to source the part. I am wondering if anyone knows where to get one or if there is somebody in Brandon that could fix this. I will add pictures. Thanks.
