Paint chips on hood

I just bought a car through private sale and noticed there are some paint chips on the hood. They kind of look like the dead bugs on everyone's bumper so slightly noticeable. Does anyone know of an easy way to DIY fix the paint chips? I've done some Google searches but I'd prefer if there was someone who has a tried and true method

If you go to a dealer they might be able to match the color to one of theirs. they have like little pens with the color in them for touch ups! Good luck!

thanks! I also forgot to mention that some of the bigger ones have gone down to the metal, and potentially starting to rust on the metal. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You can buy a pen of touch up paint to match from your dealer's parts department. Then you'd have it for future...
