Anyone know where to get the cheapest command Start installed in Brandon?

Different opinions but I have in my last two cars used the after market ones through Future Shop with great luck. (CompuStar) I have no idea if Best Buy does installs now though. Going through Future Shop was half the price of going through Honda.  
 
Perhaps call some car audio places and compare prices.  
 
I praise you for thinking of this now and not last minute when it is minus 30 like so many do. People's mad scramble for winter tires and command start always makes me giggle.

the places I called this month I got about the same estimate 5-600$. So expensive

where you get it installed. Would not look for the cheapest deal. I had a command start installed in my vehicle by a dealership as part of my sale agreement. It was installed by a very reputable local installer. We had trouble with the install from day one. Over time we had several electrical issues with our vehicle and were never really able to use the command start because it was unreliable. Eventually the door switches on our vehicle fried. We had to take the vehicle to another dealer to find the root cause. Turns out the root cause was a bare wire from the command start install that was grounding on the vehicle. Over $1000 dollars in damage. Remember you get what you pay for. My advice.

Have had a couple of them installed in different vehicles, and if I have one word of advice it is don't go cheap. Yes, sometimes you may still have issues even if a dealership in stalls at have had a couple of them installed in different vehicles, and if I have one word of advice it is don't go cheap. Yes, sometimes you may still have issues even if a dealership installs it, but it's it something I would cheap out on - if something doesn't work correctly, it could be your life on the line

I've been involved in the automotive industry for many years, years before any kind of remote started was available to the consumer. This statement is as wrong as a statement can be.  
 
If a remote starter is properly installed it will work with all vehicle systems, including immobilizers. There are some vehicles that are much more challenging than others, but if the correct starting system is chosen and installed properly it will offer years of trouble free operation.

When MPI started requiring immobilizers, there was nothing but problems from qualified professional shops. I lost my interior lights and dash, and, they blamed me. No.  
 
The wife's Ford installed remote start failed and the car could not be started.  
 
Two for two.  
 
I would never recommend these things to anyone.

Two successfull, no problems at all command starts in both my Hondas.

Situation today:  
 
Husband: "Looks like we had a lot of freezing rain last night."  
 
Wife: "Start the truck for me."  
 
Husband: "Sighs.....Starts truck."  
 
Guess I would be the cheapest.
