Vehicle Lock Out

Who would you recommend to call to come do a lock out on a vehicle when you don't have CAA?
We blew a fuse and the power locks are not working on our vehicle. Not really thinking we manually locked all the doors last night and now we can't even get it unlocked by physically inserting the key in the door and turning it. Help!
