OK Tire Carroll is looking for an individual to join our team! We are currently hiring for a Shop Forman at our HD TRUCK AND TRAILER Service Center.
We are looking for individuals who are:
-Self motivated and dedicated
-Able to build and maintain a positive work environment
-Continuously looking to acquire new skills
-Work well with little to no supervision
-Reliable
Duties / Requirements:
-Red Seal Truck and Transport technician or equivalent experience within the trade
-Manitoba Inspection certification is required
-Oversee work flow of scheduled appointments and book new appointments
-Managing stock and ordering parts
-Ability to complete necessary paperwork to ensure customers are billed accurately for all work performed
-Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
-Electrical repair and diagnostic knowledge an asset
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-assist in training of current and new employees
-valid class 1 or 3 Manitoba driver?s License is asset
-Organization, time management and problem-solving skills
-Work with Apprenticeship employees to improve their development and experience in the trade
